The Planning Commission tonight will decide whether to approve a recycling collection center for aluminum cans, bottles and plastics near a grocery store at 851 N. Harbor Blvd. The possibility of adding advertising signs at the location also will be discussed.
The commission will also consider an application by Albertson’s Inc. to sell beer and wine for off-site consumption at a service station at 1990 W. Whittier Blvd.
