Electro Rent Reports Stable 4th-Quarter Net

Electro Rent Corp. of Van Nuys reported net income of $6.9 million for the fourth quarter ended May 31, compared to $6.9 million for the same period in fiscal 1999. Revenue dipped to $58.5 million from $63.3 million. For the year, the company reported net income of $24.9 million, up from $24.1 million for 1999. Revenue was $241.8 million, down from $269.7 million.
