Re “Noisy Peacocks Ruffle Feathers,” July 31: How sad. In an increasingly ugly world, what are my neighbors complaining about? Peacocks! A little beauty has appeared in the form of these glorious, strutting creatures, and I’m hearing voices being raised against them. They’re eating your flowers? Plant more. Does rich have to mean cruel? Lighten up, people, and appreciate the beauty.
