Grant High defeated North Hollywood, 6-1, in a Sunset Six League boys’ tennis match Tuesday at Grant and finished undefeated during the regular season for the first time since 1980.

Remy Salvador, at No. 3 singles, and David Behboudi, at No. 4, capped undefeated seasons for Grant (11-0, 8-0 in league play).

Josh Opos (10-1) won at No. 1 singles for the Lancers.

In other boys’ tennis matches:

Burbank 18, Saugus 0--The Bulldogs won their 100th consecutive Foothill League match at Saugus.

Shara Surabi swept at No. 1 singles for Burbank (14-2, 7-0), which began its league winning streak in 1990.

Van Nuys 7, San Fernando 0--Eugene Han, brothers Scott and Danny Kim, and Jesse Tang swept their singles matches in a Valley Mission League match to help the Wolves complete an undefeated regular season.

Han won by scores of 6-1, 7-5, and Scott Kim was victorious by scores of 6-3, 6-0.

Danny Kim posted a 6-1, 6-1 victory and Tang won by scores of 6-0, 6-0 for Van Nuys (13-0, 10-0).

Granada Hills 7, Birmingham 0--Vlad Kinevsky won, 6-0, 6-0, at No. 2 singles and the Highlanders (12-1, 9-1) won a West Valley League match at Granada Hills.

El Camino Real 7, Chatsworth 0--Burton Newman and Eric Movsessian overcame one of only two set losses to win, 4-6, 6-3, 6-1, at No. 2 doubles and spark the Conquistadores (12-1, 9-1) in a West Valley League match at El Camino Real.

Glendale 12, Crescenta Valley 6--Robert Yim (41-1) swept at No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-1, 6-1, for the Dynamiters (11-4, 7-2) in a Pacific League victory at Crescenta Valley (7-7, 2-7).

BOYS’ VOLLEYBALL

Canyon def. Saugus, 15-4, 15-17, 15-3, 15-6--Gideon Gibson had 19 kills and the Cowboys (9-2, 6-0) won a Foothill League match at Canyon.

Marcos Borja added 10 kills for Canyon (9-2, 6-0), ranked No. 4 in the region by The Times.
