Hispanic Chamber Plans Net Forum

Latino entrepreneurs can learn about electronic commerce and get hands-on training and free Internet service at a conference Saturday organized by the California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Topics include online procurement, Latin American trade opportunities via the Web, and Internet opportunities for small and mid-size companies.
The event also will include testimonials from entrepreneurs who have successfully incorporated the Internet into their businesses.
Speakers include Assemblyman Lou Correa (D-Anaheim) and state Sen. Joe Dunn (D-Santa Ana).
Registrants will receive free Internet service and e-mail, as well as Internet demonstrations.
The bilingual conference, to be held at the Holiday Inn in Santa Ana from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., is free. The luncheon fee is $20.
