The Edison High School Grad Night Committee is calling on parents to help with “Odyssey 2000†on June 15.
For the last 13 years, Grad Night coordinators have provided a drug- and alcohol-free all-night party for graduating seniors.
“To make this successful, we decorate the gyms, provide entertainment and prizes and serve lots of food,†said Grad Night Committee member Gayle Swain. “It takes an enormous amount of parent participation, but the end results are well worth the effort.â€
Help is needed with design, food and prize donations, and fund-raising ideas.
The Grad Night Committee will meet April 26 at 7 p.m. in the school’s media center, 21400 Magnolia Street, Huntington Beach.
