The Tustin Unified School District Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the proposed elementary school boundary adjustments for the Tustin Ranch/West Irvine area at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at 300 South C St. The board will make the final boundary decisions during the regular board meeting at 7 p.m. Monday.
