Residents can take part in events celebrating the 84th annual Founder’s Day throughout the city Saturday.
The Chamber of Commerce is hosting a sidewalk sale on Main Street from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. On the Electric Avenue greenbelt from Main to 12th streets, puppets will perform for kids at a marionette show from 2 to 2:30 p.m. and bands will perform jazz, country and rock music from 3 to 6 p.m. Information: (562) 431-2527.
