Two men were reportedly under arrest today for allegedly assaulting a businessman in Westminster’s Little Saigon accused of misusing some of the funds raised during anti-Communist protests earlier this year.
Tuan Anh Ho was attacked outside his sign shop Friday morning, Westminster Police Lt. Phil Marshall said.
Ho, leader of a group called Committee of Just Cause for Free Vietnam, has been accused of misusing some of the thousands of dollars in donations he collected.
He was a leader in the demonstrations triggered by the activities of another businessman in Little Saigon, who displayed a North Vietnamese flag and other Communist symbols in his store.
