The City Council on Tuesday approved spending $208,048 for designs for the High West Side Pipeline Project. Robert Bein, William Frost and Associates was selected to draw up plans to replace a 10-inch pipeline near Del Obispo Street with a 16-inch main, designed to meet future peak usage needs for the area. The project also includes plans for a new connection to the Moulton Niguel Water District line, which should relieve occasional moments of low water pressure in the area. Information: (949) 493-1171.
