Marriott International has purchased 4.6 acres in Palmdale for $1.5 million and plans to build two hotels there, according to CB Richard Ellis Retail Services, which represented the seller, Sierra Development Group.
CB Richard Ellis also said it has negotiated leases for Office Depot, which plans to build a 25,380-square-foot store at the corner of Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Erwin Street in Woodland Hills, and for retailer Strouds, which has signed a lease to open an 18,405-square-foot store at the site in February.
