Officials Request Help in Finding 4 Sought on Arrest Warrants
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people who allegedly violated their probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.
Mario Mendoza Vasquez, 27, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for stealing a vehicle.
He last lived in the 9800 block of Nye Road in Ventura. He is Latino, 5 feet 8, 135 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. “Querida Madre†[beloved mother] is tattooed on his chest.
William Eugene Leary, 27, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance. He last lived in the 200 block of Walden Street in Santa Paula.
Leary is white, 6 feet, 150 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. “Leary†is tattooed on his left shoulder.
Lori Lynn Kennington, who also uses the last names Vanderborgt, Barraza, Vini and Gallaspey, allegedly violated her probation on convictions for forgery and possessing stolen property and narcotics paraphernalia.
Kennington, 37, last worked as a house cleaner and last lived in the 2400 block of Los Feliz Drive in Thousand Oaks. She is white, 5 feet 9, 155 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. She has a 4-inch scar on her abdomen.
Elizabeth Anne “Beth†Behrens, 32, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance. She last lived in Thousand Oaks.
Behrens is white, 5 feet 10, 130 pounds, and has blond hair and blue eyes. She has a rose tattoo on her shoulder, an S on her stomach and roses on her ankle.
