The Planning Commission today could decide to allow more variety in developments in the Baker Ranch commercial area. Some landowners have proposed projects that vary from the original 1988 design plan. The commission could allow exceptions to landscaping, street designs and sign guidelines. The commission will meet at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
