Kerry Pickens Named VP of L.D. Exchange

Kerry Pickens has been named to the newly created position of vice president of L.D. Exchange, a wholly owned subsidiary of Micro General Corp. in Santa Ana. She will manage retail and wholesale sales, customer service and billing and provisioning quality control. Before joining the company, Pickens was West region vice president, wholesale, for IXC Communications, and Western area sales director at Sprint Wholesale in Costa Mesa.
* David Murphy will join Y&R; Advertising at the end of the month as account managing director on the Lincoln Mercury account and president of Y&R; Advertising, Irvine. He succeeds John Hirschboeck, who becomes director of special projects and planning for Young & Rubicam Inc.’s Ford worldwide business. Murphy had been head of advertising, promotion and design at Aetna U.S. Healthcare. Before that, he held senior account management roles with Ogilvy & Mather.
* Barrett Eiselman has been selected as general manager for Westridge Golf Club, a facility scheduled to open Oct. 16 in La Habra. Eiselman formerly held executive positions with two health club management groups.
* Leslie Stevens has joined the Irvine office of RHI Consulting as Southern California and Southwest regional manager. She has 15 years’ experience in the staffing industry.
* Janice M. Kaye has been named executive vice president of the Roxburgh Agency in Costa Mesa. She had been vice president, client services.
* Eileen Licerio has been appointed director of corporate education for MTI Technology Corp. in Anaheim. Before joining MTI, Licerio was director of education at IMA Inc. in Irvine.
