* Pillsbury Chief Executive Paul Walsh, 44, will become the next CEO of British parent Diageo in 2001, succeeding John McGrath, who is to retire at the end of next year. Other Diageo businesses include Green Giant, Old El Paso and Burger King. Walsh will become Diageo chief operating officer in January, when John Lilly, president of Pillsbury North America, will succeed Walsh.
