Residents are invited to attend the 11th annual Festival of Arts Fair to honor the city’s best young artists, Nov. 18, at 11085 Knott Ave., Suite A.
Students may prepare entries at home and select one or two of their favorites to enter in the festival. Preschoolers are also welcome to participate in the event.
