GARDEN GROVE
A free Y2K educational forum will be held Nov. 17 at the Community Center. Representatives from Garden Grove Hospital, Emergency Management Services, Pacific Bell and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department emergency communications office will discuss preparations made for the new year. Free refreshments and handouts with tips on emergency preparation will be available. The event is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., 11300 Stanford Ave. Information: (714) 741-5288.
