DANA POINT
The Orange County Marine Institute will unveil its new Ocean Education Center during a ceremony at 11 a.m. today in front of the institute, 24200 Dana Point Harbor Drive.
Residents will be able to view project drawings and a model of the new facility, which will house learning equipment as well as reduce overcrowding and the need for waiting lists at the institute.
