One of the newest members of the Planning Commission has resigned because he moved out of the city. Bradley P. Knypstra moved to Anaheim Hills recently, and the City Council accepted his resignation. Knypstra, an attorney, was a longtime Garden Grove resident and ran unsuccessfully for the council in 1998. His replacement has not been named.
