Author and educator Nancy Jo Hoy will discuss Anais Nin, creativity and her own book, “The Power to Dream: Interviews With Women in the Creative Arts,� at Saddleback College Friday. Hoy heads the French department at Irvine Valley College and has interviewed scores of famous women artists, writers and performers over the last 20 years about their creative lives. Her lecture is at 7 p.m. at the college’s Business and General Studies Complex, Room 210, 28000 Marguerite Parkway. The lecture is free for Friends of the Library members, $3 for others.
