I believe Oscar Monday was changed three times in the last 40 years, not twice as both your Oscar pieces last Sunday indicated. The 40th awards show was moved from Monday, April 8, 1968 to Wednesday, April 10, due to the assassination of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.
