LA HABRA

Three Sonora High School students recently were awarded Tools for Tomorrow vocational technology scholarships, which honor academic and vocational excellence. The students, Jacqueline Pedraza, Veronica Duran and Maria D. Hernandez, each will receive a plaque and $100 gift certificate and are eligible for the $1,000 Career Advancement Award. The scholarships are sponsored by Coast to Coast, ServiStar and True Value.
