Traffic Officers

Recently, I had to spend about 45 minutes in front of the baggage claim area of United Airlines at LAX. I watched the traffic control officers work and came away with a greater respect for the job they do. They worked very hard to keep the traffic moving so that everyone could get in and out quickly. They put up with a lot of static from the small minority who felt they could leave their cars unattended. I hope they know that there are some travelers who do appreciate their work.
