WESTMINSTER
The Planning Commission may revoke the conditional use permit of the Felt Room, a billiards parlor on Garden Grove Boulevard. At its meeting Wednesday, the commission will review allegations that the parlor has violated the conditions of approval for its permit to operate a billiards parlor and sell beer and wine.
