Televista Acquires Cross Communications

Cross Communications Inc., Encino, has been acquired by Televista Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

It is the second acquisition this year for the company, which says it intends to compete as an international telecommunications carrier.

Televista provides telecommunication services to Central and South America and the Pacific Rim.

Located in Clearwater, Fla., Televista is a wholly owned subsidiary of Furst Group Inc., N.J.
