The Garden Grove Planning Commission recently revoked a conditional use permit at a former restaurant site at 12361 Chapman Ave. Pepper’s Mexican restaurant used to be at the site that is now vacant. The permit had been approved for a restaurant to operate under a state alcoholic beverage control license.
