In a key step toward completing renovations of La Habra Boulevard and La Bonita Park, the City Council this week approved contracts for landscape architecture, engineering and environmental services to provide final project designs.
City staff solved previous design problems concerning adequate parking and a draining problem at the park. The services will cost $549,500 in community development block grants.
