* The Old Globe Theater’s second show in its Festival ’99 summer repertory season, William Shakespeare’s “Cymbeline,” opens July 25. It will be in rep with: “Thunder Knocking on the Door,” by Keith Glover with music by Keb’ Mo’; “Missing Footage” by Gen LeRoy; Shakespeare’s “Merry Wives of Windsor”; Brendan Behan’s “The Hostage”; and Donald Margulies’ “Collected Stories.” Old Globe Theater in Balboa Park. Tuesdays-Fridays, 8 p.m.; Saturdays, 2 and 8 p.m.; Sundays, 2 and 7 p.m. $30 to $39. ($23 for previews.) Festival ends Oct. 23. (619) 239-2255.
* Street Scene ‘99, San Diego’s huge food and music festival, celebrates its 16th anniversary in the city’s historic Gaslamp District Sept. 10-12 with more than 100 performances on 12 stages. * The Bazaar del Mundo’s 17th annual Latin America Festival runs Aug. 6-8, featuring demonstrations and exhibitions of artists from Mexico, Peru and Guatemala.
