The City Council recently approved the creation of no-parking zones on El Toro Road at Canyon Hills Drive, along a small section of South Coast Highway between Ruby’s Diner and the Unocal Service Station, and along the entire length of Pala Way. The council also approved long-term metered parking on Laguna Canyon Frontage Road, handicapped parking on 2nd Street and Ocean Avenue at Beach Street, and additional metered parking on South Coast Highway.
