Resident Tom Slattery was recently appointed by the City Council as the citizen representative on the South Laguna committee for water and sewer service. Slattery will act as a liaison between the district and the city, and will also be responsible for monitoring water and sewer service rates and ensuring that residents are being treated fairly by the water district.
