The Paris-Las Vegas Casino Resort, featuring a half-scale reproduction of the Eiffel Tower and a full-scale Arc de Triomphe, has begun taking reservations at (888) 266-5687. It is scheduled to open Sept. 7. Rates for the 2,916 rooms start at $129. . . . Walt Disney World’s newest and fastest ride has opened quietly at Epcot center in Florida to two-hour lines and some glitches. Test Track goes through the motions of a test car on uphill climbs, bumpy roads and sharp braking. Disney spokesman Rick Sylvain said the ride is open about half the time and is scheduled for an official debut in March.
