Seminar on Community Living
“The ABCs for Community Associations,†a daylong workshop for association leaders and homeowners, will be presented Saturday by the Greater L.A. chapter of Community Assns. Institute.
The workshop will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel, 6161 Centinela Ave., Culver City. Lunch is included in the registration of $130. To register, call (310) 859-4676.
Topics to be covered are an overview of common-interest communities, approaches to problem solving, maintenance, rule enforcement, finances and board meetings.
Workshop participants also will receive the ABCs Handbook, a 200-page manual that includes sample forms and documents, discussion questions and helpful hints.
