Conviction Upheld in Oklahoma Bombing

The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Terry L. Nichols’ conspiracy conviction and life sentence in the Oklahoma City bombing, rejecting a defense claim that the trial judge had erred in his jury instructions. Nichols’ lawyers told the Denver court that there were 11 grounds for dismissal of his conviction and life sentence.
