If you suspect abuse of an elderly person or an adult who is physically or mentally disabled, call the 24-hour Los Angeles County Elder Abuse Hotline at (800) 992-1660. Operators can take confidential reports in English, Spanish and other languages, plus provide referrals to agencies that can be of help.
