Council members tonight will approve appointments to fill vacancies on the Planning and Community Services commissions. The city is still accepting applications for two more positions on the Community Services Commission, which oversees parks and recreational programs, youth activities and senior services. The council meets at 6:30 p.m. in chambers, 7800 Katella Ave.
