The City Council tonight will consider introducing an ordinance that would prohibit the parking of trailers or other non-motorized vehicles on city streets. The proposed ordinance would not allow a person to park, stop or leave standing a trailer or non-motorized vehicle on public streets, except for loading or unloading and for a period not to exceed two hours. There have been problems with the storage of trailers and boats on streets, city officials said.
In other matters, the council will discuss the Orange County Fire Authority equity study. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in council chambers, 17855 Santiago Blvd. Information: (714) 998-1500.
