No. 2 Purdue 63, Minnesota 61--Stephanie White-McCarty made two free throws with two seconds left to give the Boilermakers (24-1, 15-0 Big Ten) the victory at Minneapolis. Minnesota (7-18, 2-13) rallied from a 13-point deficit to tie the score, 61-61, with 29 seconds to play.
No. 5 Old Dominion 72, American 70--Lucienne Berthieu had 24 points and Mery Andrade added 10 points and 14 rebounds at Washington as the Monarchs (21-3, 14-0 Colonial Athletic Assn.) won their 10th consecutive game. American is 11-13, 4-10.
No. 18 Oregon 58, Arizona State 53--Lisa Bowyer scored 20 points as the Ducks (21-4, 12-2) moved into sole possession of first place in the Pacific 10 Conference at Eugene, Ore.
Arizona State is 10-12, 4-9.
No. 20 UC Santa Barbara 91, Nevada 50--Kristi Rohr had 20 points at Reno and the Gauchos (20-3, 12-0 in Big West) won their 15th consecutive game. Nevada is 9-16, 4-8.
