St. John Agreement
St. John Knits Inc. said Monday that it has signed a licensing agreement with Marvin Richards to create a line of women’s coats and outerwear.
The Irvine-based maker of high-end women’s clothing said the collection will be available in August at company-owned boutiques and department stores that carry St. John.
Terms were not disclosed, and company officials could not be reached for further comment.
This is St. John’s third licensing arrangement. Marine Optical produces St. John Eyewear and Swiss Army Brands makes St. John Watches.
