WARRENTON, Va. — A man was electrocuted trying to free a model rocket his son got for Christmas from a power line.
Scott Zeigler, 41, and his 6-year-old son, Scott Jr., launched the toy in a field behind their farmhouse.
The elder Zeigler was electrocuted when he used a fishing pole to try to extricate the rocket from the power line, Fauquier County Sheriff’s Capt. Scott Pfeiff said Thursday.
