Advanced Knowledge Plans to Acquire Soccer Magic

Advanced Knowledge Inc., Encino, said it will acquire Soccer Magic Inc., Ontario, Canada, for 10 million newly issued shares of Advanced Knowledge common stock.
Under the terms of the agreement, the current directors and officers of Advanced Knowledge will resign and new directors and officers selected by Soccer Magic will be appointed. Advanced Knowledge’s assets, aside from Soccer Magic, will be transferred to an entity controlled by Buddy Young, Advanced Knowledge’s president and principal stockholder.
Advanced Knowledge produces and distributes work-force training videos.
