* Beverly Hills-based Regent Properties and Burbank-based Shamrock Holdings signed tenants to four new leases totaling more than 62,000 square feet and valued at $9.2 million at West Hills Corporate Village, a 565,000-square-foot office complex under development by the two at a former Hughes Aircraft research and development facility in West Hills. Boeing Co.’s Rocketdyne Propulsion & Power division expanded by 24,000 square feet to a total of 194,000 square feet, according to Regent Managing Partner Doug Brown. Boeing was represented by Bob Shafer and Bill Inglis of CB Richard Ellis. The owners were represented in all four leases by Marc Sullivan of Julien J. Studley Inc. Xerox Corp. signed a 10-year lease for 17,177 square feet and was represented by Chris Cooper of Jones Lang La Salle. Vast Wireless Systems signed a seven-year lease for 10,000 square feet and was represented by Jim Ardell of Jones Lang La Salle. Pitney Bowes Management Services Inc. signed a five-year lease for 11,000 square feet and was represented by Jonathan Larsen of Trammell Crow Co.
* Redunndo LLC bought the 57,000-square-foot Redondo Village Shopping Center at 1200-1262 Beryl St. in Redondo Beach for $5.65 million from Regency Realty. The buyer was represented by Teresa Dunn of Charles Dunn Co. The seller was represented by Dennis Slattery of Dunn.
* ACDW Properties, a San Diego-based investor, bought a 208-unit apartment complex called Villa Bonita at 2001 N. Rancho Ave. in Colton for $4.6 million from Denver-based SCS Diversified Ltd. John Kalmikov and Bill Roblero of Grubb & Ellis’ Ontario office represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
* Alexandria Real Estate Trust acquired a 52,000-square-foot office building at 129-161 Hill St. in Los Angeles from Stivers Investment Co. for about $3 million. Scott Martin of Charles Dunn Co. represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Shaun Stiles of Cushman & Wakefield.
* Triumph Partners acquired a 34,000-square-foot office building at 771 E. Union St. in Pasadena from Countrywide Credit Industries for $1.5 million. The buyer was represented by Scott Martin of Charles Dunn Co. Countrywide represented itself.
* Chase Partners Ltd. bought 14 acres of land at 5200-5700 Brooks Ave. in Montclair from Sunstone Properties for $1.4 million and plans to develop industrial buildings on the site. Chase was represented by David Parker of Charles Dunn Co. The seller was represented by Steve Bellitti, Ruben Goodsell and Kevin McKenna of Seeley Co.
* Hillcrest Development Partners acquired a 32,000-square-foot retail property at 201 E. Main St. in Alhambra for $1.3 million from the Ho Family Trust. Kevin Dee and Ted Slaught of Charles Dunn Co. represented the buyer. The Ho Family Trust represented itself.
* The Cinquini family acquired a three-building, 18-unit apartment complex at 15816 Landmark Drive in Whittier from the Shubin family for $1.1 million. James Joseph of Century 21 Grisham-Joseph represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Luiza Ocoosio of Century 21-Meridian.
* Caster Group bought a 73,000-square-foot land parcel at 14000 Downey Ave. in Paramount from Van Enterprises for $1.1 million and plans to develop a self-storage facility at the site. Shaun Bradley and Mike Dunn of Charles Dunn Co. represented the seller. The buyer was represented in-house by Brian Caster.
