Hines Horticulture Buys Pro Gro Products
Hines Horticulture Inc., Irvine-based operator of commercial nurseries, said Tuesday that it acquired Pro Gro Products Inc., which produces professional growing mixes. Financial terms were not disclosed. Pro Gro, which has production facilities in North and South Carolina, generates annual sales of about $10 million, Hines said.
