The president of the Leisure World group managing the community’s condos announced nine candidates nominated to run for the board at its meeting Tuesday.

Two of the seats up for election in September are to fill one-year terms vacated after board members resigned, said President Thomas McCauley, who is running for one of the seats. Candidates for the four other seats, which will be open for the full three-year term, include two active board members: Milton Robbins and Ralph Reece.
