Buena Park resident Chris Seals, 15, was chosen to attend the National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C., earlier this month. The conference is part of a leadership development program for high school students who demonstrate not only scholastic merit but also leadership potential.
He interacted with numerous key leaders from the three branches of the federal government and the media.
