Meheriar Hasan has been named vice president of product management for Digital Insight Corp., Calabasas. He had been senior vice president of strategic marketing for Transamerica Insurance & Investment Co.

Digital Insight provides Internet services for financial institutions.

George Bayz has been appointed president and chief executive of Thinque Systems Corp., North Hollywood. Bayz had been president and CEO of MAI Systems Corp., Irvine, a $62-million information technology company.

Thinque is a consulting firm and software provider for the consumer goods industry.

Dexter Fedor has been promoted to senior vice president for global creative development, according to Disney Consumer Products, a division of Walt Disney Co., Burbank. In his new position, Fedor continues to be responsible for the creative development of Disney Consumer Products’ advertising. Fedor joined Disney in September 1998 as vice president, global brand development, and previously spent 18 years in the advertising industry, most recently with Hal Riney & Partners.
