The City Council will hold a Sept. 7 hearing to consider raising Community Services Department fees. The proposal would increase hourly rental fees for many of the city’s buildings and special activities, including golf tournaments and adult sports. The changes also call for increasing fees for swim classes and for the Junior Lifeguard Program.
