Zuniga’s Single Defeats JetHawks in Ninth, 4-3
Tony Zuniga’s run-scoring single in the bottom of the ninth inning gave San Jose a 4-3 victory over the JetHawks in a California League baseball game on Tuesday.
Lancaster (8-11) took a 3-0 lead on a three-run home run by Gerald Eady in the third inning.

Right-hander Mark Gardner, the opening-day starter for the San Francisco Giants, is scheduled to start for San Jose tonight against the JetHawks on a rehabilitation assignment.
Jimmy Turman (0-2) will face Gardner. Russ Koehler (0-2) starts for the JetHawks on Thursday.
