The City Council on Tuesday accepted a $3,000 grant from Wal-Mart to continue operations for the Chamber of Commerce’s Business Opportunity Center. The center provides businesses with information and resources they need to grow. “The city needs to be business-friendly,” Mayor Harry Dotson said. “The center is one way to help.”
