The city will be advertising soon for bids on 12 sewer improvement projects. City Council members last week approved two plans for the improvements. The plans--which use different proportions of two types of pipe--are estimated to cost $407,990 and $627,737.said City Engineer Majdi Ataya. A decision on a contractor is expected to be made by late May, Ataya said.
