What Did You Have for Dinner Last Night?

You know, Monday is the one night I have away from the restaurant, so my husband and I go out, or I cook him dinner. Schnitzel, brisket, not necessarily Indian food at all.
But my daughter is getting married in a couple of weeks, and we’re going to do the whole Indian wedding--it goes on for days. We’re getting the street closed; we’ve arranged for a horse. So we’ve been terribly busy getting everything set up, and last night it was just too late to cook, so we got Chinese takeout. We had, oh, sizzling rice soup, sliced chicken with broccoli and garlic.
